SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping for all handmade design orders is 7-10 business days (or sooner). We do offer pick-up or "at location" pick-up for our local customers. Shipping fees will be applied at checkout for all delivery items. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. ... Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Socialfly Industries is not responsible for the shipping cost of sending back an item. These stipulations only apply to non-digital items and also do not apply to credit restoration nor notarial services.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
